Our Tourist Information Centres (TICs) at Aldeburgh, Felixstowe,
and Woodbridge are awaiting your call or visit. Our friendly staff
will be delighted to advise you on places to visit in the local
area and have leaflets and information on the whole of East
Anglia.
Travel tickets, London shows, accommodation booking and much
more
We offer a full 'holiday extras' service to personal callers
including airport and port parking (with or without accommodation),
reservations for airport and port lounges, London show and
accommodation packages, National Rail tickets (Woodbridge TIC
only), Eurolines and National Express coach tickets and major
attraction tickets.
Felixstowe TIC now sells a range of peak and off-peak
rail tickets for travel to London and selected routes around East
Anglia in a new initiative launched with National Express East
Anglia.
TICs can also take bookings for the Air Direct coach
service running from Ipswich bus and railway stations to
Stansted Airport. Operated by Excel Coaches, the service runs every
two hours, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We have also entered into partnership as agents with
Galloway Travel who are a local coach operator with an excellent
reputation. They specialise in quality coach holidays both in the
UK and overseas as well as exciting day excursions.
Other services available in advance or to personal callers
include UK accommodation booking and sales of books, maps and
souvenirs.

We have a wide range of maps, guides and other publications
available for purchase by credit or debit card over the telephone

Spa Pavilion Theatre tickets
Tickets for
Felixstowe's Spa Pavilion Theatre are available from our
TICs.
Beach huts
A number of privately owned huts plus two council owned huts are
available for hire throughout the season at a number of
different locations. A list of these huts and booking forms are
available from the Felixstowe Tourist Information Centre on
01394 276770 or email

These can be booked from May until end of September by post.
Camping and caravan sites in Suffolk
A list of camping and caravanning sites in Suffolk is available
from our TICs.
Car parking season tickets
A range of weekly, quarterly and annual
car parking season tickets can be purchased from
any of our TICs. The weekly season ticket is ideal for visitors as
it allows parking at all of the Council's long stay car parks and
costs just £10.
Black and green waste sacks, dog waste bags and sandbags
Suffolk Coastal green waste sacks and extra black
sacks for domestic waste are available to
purchase from all of our TICs as well as dog waste bags and
empty sandbags.

Opening times and location maps
We are open Monday to Saturday during the winter season
(October to March). Our opening times are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday
to Friday, and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays. During the summer
season (April to September) we are open Monday to Sunday from
9.00am to 5.30pm.

Our TICs have been awarded ‘official
partner’ status by Enjoy England, the country’s official
tourist board, which required meeting quality standards
covering the accommodation that is promoted and booked through
the centres, customer service and staff training.
