If you would like to view and manage your Business Rates account online you can register to use our online service - this service is available to all Suffolk Coastal Business Rate payers, just follow the instructions below.

To view your account details you will need your Business Rates account number, which can be found on your Business Rates bill and a personal identification number (PIN), which you request when you register to use the service. Your PIN is then sent to you by post. When you receive your PIN you can start using the service to view information relating to your account.

First time users – you must register to use the service and request a PIN:

Once you have logged in you will be able to view details of how your Business Rates have been calculated, see any payments you have made and any balances outstanding, see current instalments due and copies of bills and notices we have sent you.

We value your privacy and security, so we use 128-bit encryption to protect your personal details when they are transmitted over the Internet.

Sign-up to get your Business Rates bill online

We can also offer you the facility to have your Business Rates bill issued electronically. Each time a new or amended bill is generated you will be sent an email advising you that it is available for you to view online.

You can subscribe to this new service once you have registered to use our Business Rate online service and you have received your PIN. You will find the e-billing option on your account summary page.
