Candidates who have taken the
CIEH Level 2 Awards in Food Safety are
recommended to take a refresher course within three years to ensure
that their knowledge is relevant and up to date.
The refresher course comprises of a three hour training session
followed by an examination.
Candidates need to be able to provide us with an original Level
2 certificate at the time of booking. The certificate will be
returned on the day of the course if not before.

- Responsibilities for food safety.
- Personal hygiene.
- Work environment.
- Product safety.
