Comprehensive Area Assessment
The first
Comprehensive Area Assessment for Suffolk looking at local how
public services are performing and how well they use public money
was published in 2009 but ceased in June 2010 following the change
of government.
Access to Services Inspection
Audit of how
well the Council is making its services accessible to all its
residents, carried out by the Audit Commission during 2008 and
published in January 2009.

Survey of residents'
perceptions of their local area and the services they receive.
Best Value Performance Plan
Until April 2008 all councils were required to produce an annual
Best Value Performance Plan (BVPP) showing how they performed
across a wide range of services.
