Suffolk Coastal District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2008

Changes to car park charges and management arrangements from 19 April 2010

On 19 April 2010 the Suffolk Coastal District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Variation) Order 2010 came into force amending some of the provisions of the Suffolk Coastal District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2008. The 2008 Order will continue to apply apart from where changes have been made.


Suffolk Coastal District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2008 and associated documents

The Suffolk Coastal District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2008 applies to all the public off-street car parks operated by Suffolk Coastal whether charges are levied for their use or use is free. It provides for the general management and operation of public car parks.

Following a period of public consultation the Order came into force on 1 April 2008.
