We have divided the forms for making paper planning application forms listed below into two sections - the most frequently requested and the more specialised forms.

Frequently requested forms

Giving notice to the owner or owners of a site

Some of the planning application forms above require the applicant to complete certificates of ownership. You can download or print off copies of the notices to be served on the owner or owners of a site prior to making a planning application.
