Redevelopment of Adastral Park - submission of further information January 2010

Further to the planning application received by the Council on 9 April 2009, the applicants, BT, have submitted the following further information:

  • Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation 19 Statement - which includes the Flood Risk Assessment, Habitat Regulations Assessment, SSSI Assessment and Mitigation Strategy.

  • Transport Assessment addendum.

In addition to the above ‘further information’ the applicants have submitted:

  • Design and Access Statement addendum.
  • Revised planning application drawings.

The content of the submission and the amendments made to the planning application are described in the covering letter below:

Viewing the documents

You can view the further information and revised documentation by following the links below. Although we have made the files as small as we can for viewing on the web some of them are still large files which will take a long time to download if you have a slow Internet connection.

If you wish to make representations about the further information or revisions to the application, you should do so by writing to the Head of Planning Services by 25 February 2010, quoting the application number C09/0555. It will not be possible to extend the consultation period. Any representations already received will be taken into account in determining the application.
