Further to the
planning application received by the Council on 9
April 2009, the applicants, BT, have submitted the
following further information:
- Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation 19
Statement - which includes the Flood Risk Assessment,
Habitat Regulations Assessment, SSSI Assessment and Mitigation
Strategy.
- Transport Assessment addendum.
In addition to the above ‘further information’ the applicants
have submitted:
- Design and Access Statement addendum.
- Revised planning application
drawings.

small as we can for viewing on the web some of them are still large

C09/0555. It will not be possible to extend the
consultation period. Any representations already received will be
taken into account in determining the application.
