Parham Wind Farm - variation of

In May 2007 Parham Wind Farm Limited applied to make a variation
to the planning permission granted to them in July 2006 for the
proposed wind farm development at Parham airfield. The reference
number of the application to make a variation is
C/07/0862 (opens in a new window).
Suffolk Coastal's Development Control Committee gave its consent
to the application at its
meeting on 25 July 2007 (new window).
The variation applies to condition 6 of planning
permission C/05/0400 (opens in a new window) and seeks
to extend the length of the wind turbine blades from 31 metres
to 35.5 metres. The overall height of the structures will not
exceed the originally specified 100 metres above natural ground
level.
