Suffolk Coastal's Environmental Protection Team deals with incidents of pollution and nuisance that arise within the district and is responsible for enforcing and monitoring standards in connection with a wide range of activities.

The anonymity of complainants is ensured. We aim to contact complainants within five working days of receiving their complaint and to keep them informed of any actions.

We are based at Suffolk Coastal's offices at Melton Hill in Woodbridge which are open between 8.45am and 5.15pm Monday to Thursday, and between 8.45am to 4.45pm on Friday. However, should you wish to call in and speak to a member of the team, it is advisable to telephone ahead and make an appointment.
