In recognition of the ever growing body of evidence regarding the
need to act to reduce our reliance on fossil fuels and cut
emissions of greenhouse gases, in particular carbon dioxide and
methane, and the acknowledgement that change is already inherent in
the climate system, Suffolk Coastal has produced its own
Climate Change Strategy and action plan.
We consulted with residents and key organisations on our draft
strategy between June and August 2009. You can view a summary
