The supply of alcohol, 'regulated entertainment' (which includes live and recorded music, dancing, indoor sporting events, the performance of plays, and the exhibition of films) and late night refreshment must be licensed, and come under the Licensing Act 2003 which incorporates premises licences, personal licences, club premises certificates and temporary event notices.
