Further revised plans received
A revised planning application from Bloor Homes for 180
homes on land between Main Road and Felixstowe Road, Martlesham,
was submitted to the Council on 11 November 2011. Further revised
plans and supporting information were received on 13 March
2012.
An application for 281 homes was first submitted to the Council
on 26 July 2010 under the reference number
C10/1906.

documents and to arrange inspection.

The closing date for consultation responses on the revised
plans is 13 April 2012. This does not
prevent interested parties from submitting comments on the
application after that date. All comments will be reported to the
relevant committee and taken into account fully, provided that they
are received in good time for the committee meeting.
