Additional plans were received on 13 March 2012 showing a
revised boundary and car parking layout to the rear of 158-165
Langer Road, retained and enhanced access and car parking for the
Martello Tower P, revised access arrangements off Orford Road to
allow for service vehicle manoeuvring, minor elevational changes to
houses to include additional architectural details such as bay
windows, contrasting brick courses and gable features plus some
lowered roof ridges, details of visibility splays and proposed
parking restrictions.
Revised floor plans and elevations for the individual house
types are available on request.
