Proposed Maritime Park, public car parks and housing: South Seafront land, Manor Terrace/Langer Road/Orford Road, Felixstowe.

A planning application from Bloor Homes for a Maritime Park, public car parks and 127 homes on land fronting Orford Road, Langer Road and Manor Terrace, Felixstowe was submitted on 12 January 2012.

A previous application for this site (ref C05/1723) was submitted in September 2005 and approved on 20 April 2009.
