Examination hearings into Core Strategy
Thursday, 15 November - please note that the hearing for Matter 10 - Affordable Housing has been cancelled.
The hearing dates for the public examination of Suffolk Coastal District Council's Core Strategy and the Matters being examined are listed below. For each one of the Matters examined the Inspector agreed who can make public representations on the day. The hearing statements and agendas for each of the Matters examined and can be found on each of the relevant pages below:
Matter 1 - Spatial Strategy and Distribution of Development

The Core Document Library contains all the key documents that have been used to draw up the Core Strategy and includes additional documents referred to during the hearings.
The Planning Inspectorate has appointed an Inspector, on behalf of the Secretary of State, to take charge of the Examination of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies. The Inspector is Mike Moore BA (Hons) MRTPI CMILT MCIHT. Follow this link for more details about the Examination.
