Comments on the implications of the Cogent Land LLP v Rochford District Council judgement

The Inspector invited any party who was at the table at the Matter 1 hearing to comment on the note produced jointly by Suffolk Coastal and No Adastral New Town (NANT), dated 5 November 2012, on the implications of the Cogent judgment.
