How to get your event listed

Suffolk Coastal publishes a monthly list of events which is available from our Tourist Information Centres and in reception at our offices. Once compiled this monthly list forms the basis of the events listing here on the website.

If you would like your event to appear in both the printed guide and on the website you should email details (see below for the information we need to know) to your nearest Tourist Information Centre - their email addresses are listed below:

The cut off date for insertions into the printed guide is the 10th of the preceding month.

We are happy to add events to the website after the cut off date for the printed guide - just email details to website@suffolkcoastal.gov.uk. We'll need to know the following information:

  • Name or title of the event.
  • Details of date, time and place.
  • Brief description of the event.
  • Cost or ticket prices if applicable.
  • Box office number or contact number for more information.
  • Website address if applicable.

If your event is cancelled or any details change please let us know so that we can amend the online listing.

We will not publish information about events which in our view are unsuitable for this website.
