Cabinet will
review Spa's future in February - Suffolk Coastal’s Cabinet
will look again at its decision to attract proposals for the future
use of Felixstowe's Spa Pavilion Theatre from local groups or
leisure and entertainment companies from across the
country. |
Felixstowe's historic Spa Pavilion has been providing quality
entertainment beside the sea since 1909.
The Spa's 900 seat theatre offers a variety of entertainment to
suit all tastes and ages, from headline acts to local amateur
productions.
Its restaurant and bar offers a varied selection of meals
throughout the day, pre-show suppers or a simply a place to have a
relaxing coffee or drink with wonderful panoramic sea views.
The Spa is also home to the
Felixstowe Drama Festival (new window) and
during the summer holidays the theatre has hosts a summer youth
project for 9 to 23 year olds from the local area.
What's on at the Spa
Saturday 4 February - The Rat Pack Vegas Spectacular -
memories of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis in a totally
live show successful worldwide.
- Saturday 11 February - The Little Big Club with Thomas
the Tank Engine - fabulous stage show for the whole
family.
- Saturday 18 February - Steve Hewlett - Voices of
Variety - comedy ventriloquist Steve Hewlett returns to
the Spa Pavilion with his own show.

the UK’s first ever interactive paranormal show.

Shadows - recreating the sound of Cliff and The
Shadows.

Bollywood - chart topping ultra-funky exciting new
multicultural soul funk band.

You can buy tickets in person and by telephone from the Spa
Pavilion Box Office, Spa Pavilion Theatre, Undercliff Road,

When booking direct with the Spa box office, there is a credit
card charge of £1.50 per transaction - no charges are incurred when
using a debit card. There will also be a £1.00 charge if you wish
your tickets to be posted otherwise you can pick them up at the box
office for free.
The box office is open Monday to Saturday, 10am - 5pm and 10am -
2pm on Sundays.

Bar and restaurant
The Spa Pavilion has a
bar and restaurant (new window) with excellent
sea views. Pre-show suppers are available before all evening
performances but make sure you book early to secure a place.
Interval drinks can be pre-ordered at the bar prior to the
performance.
The restaurant is open all year round from 10am until 5pm (4pm
off peak) and serves breakfast, morning coffee, lunches and
afternoon tea. A traditional Chef's roast is served on Sundays
between 12noon and 2.00pm.
The Spa can cater for celebratory events such as weddings,
birthdays and other special occasions. Call 01394

Accessibility
The Spa Pavilion is accessible to patrons with mobility
difficulties. There are six spaces at the front of the auditorium
for wheelchair users and adapted toilet facilities. Entry is via
pathway from the gardens or via passenger lift from the ground
floor to the restaurant.
Guide dogs are welcome in selected areas and a loop system is in
operation for some shows. When booking, please discuss your
requirements with the box office staff who will be pleased to
help.
Directions
The Spa Pavilion is well signposted. Simply follow the brown
tourist signs from the main A14 road into Felixstowe. The main car
park is situated off Ranelagh Road and is free after 6pm. Blue
badge holders have a limited number of spaces directly outside the
