Big Draw Woodbridge - as part of the national campaign, The Big Draw, families and friends of all ages are invited to get drawing in Woodbridge on Saturday 18 October between 10am and 3pm at The Salvation Army Hall in Woodbridge.

Suffolk Coastal Business & Community Awards 2015 - your chance to nominate the people, groups and businesses you feel have a positive impact on your community - opens for entries on Sunday 5 October.

Poppy Run, Rendlesham Forest - run, jog, or walk around the five kilometre route on 26 October and help raise money for the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal. Adult entry is £15, under 16 and over 60 is £10, which includes a Poppy Run t-shirt. The fun run starts at 11am. Enter online or download an application form (PDF 1.44MB).

Get into running at Rendlesham - Ever fancied giving running a go, but not had the confidence, people to do it with or level of fitness?
