Citizens Advice Bureaux can help people resolve their legal,
money and other problems by providing free, independent and
confidential advice.
The district is served by branches of the national network
at Felixstowe (new window)
and Leiston (new window) although for some
residents it may be more convenient to contact
the Ipswich (new window) branch. In addition there
are outlets offering drop-in advice or a telephone service in
Felixstowe, Framlingham, Martlesham, Rendlesham, Saxmundham,
Walton, Wickham Market and Woodbridge.
Every Citizens Advice Bureau is a registered charity reliant on
trained volunteers. The Citizens Advice Bureaux in the district
receive grants from Suffolk Coastal to support them in providing
advice to local residents.
