Please note that the doors to our Melton Hill
offices are closed to the public until 9.30am on Wednesday
mornings while our Customer Services staff are training. All
services, other than Customer Services, can still be reached by

Requesting a home visit
We offer a home visit service to assist customers with their
claims for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit. This service is
available to housebound people who cannot get to our offices in
Woodbridge or Felixstowe. We aim to visit within 14 days. To

We currently hold a customer panel meeting every quarter. Its
aim is to have an open forum to receive feedback and discuss
