Free alarms and sensors

Working in partnership with Suffolk County Council, Flagship Assist & Assure has launched a new service aimed at helping elderly and vulnerable people remain in their own homes and provide peace of mind to family members and carers.

Those eligible for the free service can benefit from a wide range of assistive technology including fall detectors, smoke alarms, carbon monoxide and flood detectors, bed occupancy sensors, epilepsy sensors, pull cords and bogus caller buttons, all linked to Assist & Assure's 24 hour control centre.

The service is funded through the Government’s Preventative Technology Grant, and aims to help 260 residents in the Suffolk Coastal area. There is no cost to the individual receiving the service.

For more information and an informal chat, please contact Camilla Griffen on 01362 696175.
