Senior management team

Suffolk Coastal District Council and Waveney District Council have shared a senior management structure since 1 October 2010, with each member of the team assuming responsibilities across both authorities.

The Strategic Management Team comprises one Chief Executive and three Directors, while the Corporate Management Team includes nine Heads of Service plus the Partnership Programme Manager.
